Army Chief ratifies death sentences of seven hardcore terrorists

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) spokesman, they were tried by military courts and sentenced to death after being found guilty for heinous crimes and terrorism. The Army Chief has now ratified their sentences paving way for their executions.

They belonged to several outlawed outfits operating in the country. This includes Muhammad Qasim Toori s/o Muhammad Farooq, Abid Ali s/o Muhammad Rizwan, Muhammad Danish s/o Noor Buksh, Syed Jehangir Haider s/o Syed Karaan Haider, Zeeshan, Muhatabir Khan s/o Pervaiz Khan, and Rehmanuddin s/o Muambir Khan.

Muhammad Qasim Toori and Muhammad Danish were involved in the killing of police and military officials and attacks on security institutions, whereas Syed Jehangir Haider and Zeeshan were involved in sectarian killings. Rehmanuddin belonged to the Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP) and was also involved in attack on security forces.
