KARACHI: Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, former ambassador on polio eradication and daughter of ex-president Asif Ali Zardari, has said the government should take immediate measures to prevent polio spread, ARY News reported Wednesday.
Pakistan is facing immense external pressure after surfacing of five new polio cases in the country. Aseefa said Pakistan might face ban if immediate steps were not taken to contain the polio spread.
A travel ban is also looming large over Pakistan due to new polio cases.
