ATC reserves verdict on Amir Khan’s bail plea till June 29

According to details, ATC today resumed the hearing of the case pertaining to MQM leader Amir Khan, who was arrested from the party headquarters Nine Zero.

Khan’s counsel in his arguments said that none of the arrested accused have confessed to have committed crime’s upon the consent of Amir Khan and so his client be granted bail.

The court after listening to the arguments reserved its verdict till June 29.

Meanwhile, the ATC granted 90 days custody of MQM worker Shakil alias Baba to Pakistan Rangers (Sindh). Shakil is accused of killing 64 people.

The court also handed Hussain Akhter to police on seven-day physical remand. The suspect was apprehended from Nine Zero and accused of keeping explosive material.
