ATC sends suspected terrorist on six-day physical remand

According to details, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) produced a suspected terrorist named Wilayat alias Kashi in the ATC today.

CTD counsel, in his arguments, stated that the suspect was an operative of a banned organization.

The judge, hearing the case, handed over the suspect to the police for seven-day physical remand.

According to CTD sources, the counter terrorism forces had arrested the suspected terrorists during a raid near Ferozewala Bridge.

Sources said that 11 cases have been registered against him over leaking information to terrorists.
