Atif Aslam bags Filmfare nomination for soulful ‘Jeena Jeena’

Pakistani singer Atif Aslam bagged a Filmfare nomination for the fourth time. According to details, the list was out and Atif had secured a nomination in the Best Playback Singer (Male) category. His song Jeena Jeena marked his comeback to the musical scene and also earned rave reviews for its soulful melody and emotional lyrics.

The song was used in the critically and commercially successful movie Badlapur. Renowned Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Yami Gautam had starred in the music video of the song.

Arijit Singh – Gerua (Dilwale)

Atif Aslam – Jeena Jeena (Badlapur)

This is the fourth time that Atif Aslam has bagged the nomination for a Filmfare award. Last time Atif Aslam lost out to Himesh Reshammiya’s song Aashiq Banaya, when he had been nominated for the song Woh Lamhe. Atif’s songs Tere Bin and Tu Jaane Na.
