Aziz says will submit Yadav dossier in UN after investigation

ISLAMABAD: Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said on Wednesday that dossiers about Indian involvement in subversive activities in Pakistan will be presented before the UN and international community after completion of investigation from Kulbushan Yadav.

Mr. Aziz, briefing the Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, said investigation from Indian agent Kulbushan Yadav is underway and more evidences are being collected from him.

The adviser said that they have made progress to reveal the entire network of Yadav. He regretted the Indian aggression on the line of control and human right violations in Indian-Occupied Kashmir.

Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhary said that there are several UN resolutions on the Kashmir dispute, and the international community should exert pressure on India to implement these resolutions.

He said that forty five civilians have embraced martyrdom as a result of unprovoked Indian firing on the Line of control. He said Pakistan has informed the United Nations in writing about these violations.

Senator Farhatullah Babar, during the committee session, had said that Yadav was arrested in March, but has still not been presented in front of the world.  He decried that the delay is weakening our case against Indian involvement in subversive active in Pakistan.

The session was chaired by Nuzhat Sadiq.
