Balochistan Minister’s kidnapped son rescued near Pak-Afghan border

Tareen was recovered from Gulistan tehsil in Balochistan’s Killa Abdullah district bordering Afghanistan.

It is yet to be cleared whether the minister’s son was rescued in a security operation or after payment of ransom money to the abductors.

Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) leader and Balochistan local bodies minister Mustafa Khan Tareen’s son Asad Khan Tareen was reportedly abducted by unknown kidnappers on May 20th when he was returning home from his job at Cadet College Pishin.

Levies Force personnel shifted Asad Tareen at his home in Pishin under tight security.
