The plane was making its inaugural journey from Karachi to Islamabad when it crashed before reaching its destination on 20th April 2012.
Around 127 people including eleven children and airline crew lost their lives in their unfortunate incident. A report by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) blamed the pilot for the accident.
The report highlight four main reasons which include insufficiently trained staff and pilot’s lack of experience flying automated planes.
