Britney Spears Vegas residency bigger than Elton and Celine?

According to American media reports Britney Spears’ Las Vegas residency has topped in ticket sales at online retailer Stub Hub.

The ‘Piece of Me’ show, which kicked off on December 27^th, has already outsold this year’s Las Vegas residencies by other highly-acclaimed singers including Celine Dion, Elton John, Shania Twain, and Rod Stewart, buzz feed reported.

Moreover the two-year residency is also the third top-seller ever, falling behind Dion’s show, which began in 2011 and John’s, which started in 2009.

However Spears have only performed four shows till now in comparison to multiple-shows by Dion and John. It remains to be seen whether the residency will maintain its similar appeal in the coming time.
