Phantom stars Saif Ali Khan as an Indian soldier and Katrina Kaif playing the role of an employee of an aid organization named Medicine International.

The film’s trailer features Kaif using weapons. The organization has stated that none of its employees roam around with weapons and it follows a “strict no guns policy”.

The name of the organization – considering to file the lawsuit – is Medicine Sans Frontieres (MSF).

However, the name of the organization is not directly mentioned in the film but the logo of Medicine International and MSF is quite similar.

The film’s trailer features Kaif firing guns. The organization has stated that none of its employees roam around with weapons and it follows a “strict no guns policy”.

MSF has stated that the lives of their workers will be in jeopardy in those countries where there is active fighting going on such as Yemen, Syria and Afghanistan.

It should be noted that the film has already been banned in Pakistan.
