CJ Tassaduq praises honesty, performance of SC staff

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan, Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani met the staff of the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday and addressed them – ARY News reports.

During his address, the Chief Justice said that this is a cherishable fact that there was no complaint received about any of the staff member involved in corruption.

He said that the honesty and sense of responsibility of the staff members is indeed the guarantor of prestige and dignity of the Supreme Court.

Justice Tassaduq Hussain said that the honor of the apex court was not only earned through its verdicts but also by means of the performance and character of its staff.

He further added that a 2-member committee has been formed to resolve the issues of the SC officials and employees, while the service rules will also be reviewed.
