ISLAMABAD: Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Rashad Mehmood met the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the Prime Minister’s house here on Thursday – ARY News reports.
The affairs related to national security came under attention during the meeting. The two officials also discussed counter terrorism strategies and the peace talks with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) with each other.
CJCSC briefed the Prime Minister about the professional activities of the military.
Earlier, the Naval Chief Admiral Asif Sandela also met with the Premier and discussed the professional matters of the Navy.
