CM Punjab orders deployment of Pashtu-speaking police officers for PSL final

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif has ordered deployment of a contingent of Pashtu-speaking officers of Punjab Police at Qaddafi stadium to facilitate Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators fans.

He said Jee Aya Nu! (welcome) to fans coming from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Baluchistan and other parts of the country to attend Pakistan Super League (PSL) final match in Lahore.

Peshawar Zalmi have qualified for PSL 2017 final as they beat Karachi Kings by 24 runs in the third play-off in Dubai.

Peshawar Zalmi will take on Quetta Gladiators in this year’s final on Sunday.
