ISLAMABAD: The coalition parties of the government, in their joint statement after the session on Wednesday, have expressed complete confidence in Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership in light of the recent key appointments in the country, ARY News reported citing Radio Pakistan.
The coalition parties, under PM Shehbaz Sharif’s leadership, held a meeting in Islamabad on Wednesday.
During the meeting, all the coalition parties endorsed the Prime Minister’s right to make decisions regarding constitutional appointments in the country.
Speaking on the occasion, they said that coalition parties will fully support every decision made by the Prime Minister in this regard.
In his remarks, former President Dr Asif Ali Zardari said that the Constitution of Pakistan entrusts the privilege to the Prime Minister to make constitutional appointments.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif thanked the coalition parties and their leadership for showing full confidence in his leadership.
