GWADAR: Chief of Army Staff General (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa will be spending the second day of Eid-ul-Azha in Balochistan, the Inter Services Public Relations said on Sunday.
The army’s media wing said the COAS will meet troops and locals in Turbat and Gwadar, in the southern region of the province.
Spending the first day of Eid with soldiers at Rajgal Valley near Pak-Afghan border, General Bajwa on Saturday said that Eid on duty for a security of the homeland and its people is the best festivity for the armed forces personnel.
“Eid on duty for the security of Pakistan and its people is the best festivity for us,” the COAS said, according to a tweet by ISPR Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor.

Earlier in the day, Gen Bajwa extended greetings to the nation on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
