Court adjourns hearing of Sarabjit Singh Murder Case

LAHORE: A District and Session Court adjourned the hearing of the Sarabjit Singh Murder Case till January 16, while the accused will be indicted in the next hearing – ARY News reports.
According to details, Additional District and Session Judge heard the case in Kot Lakhpat prison here on Monday.
During the hearing, police officials presented the challan against the accused before the court.
It was stated in the challan that the accused Sarfaraz and Mudassir had assassinated the Indian spy through blades and other sharpened tools and investigation points the accused to be guilty of the offence.
The court adjourned the hearing till January 16, while the accused were provided the copies of the challan at the court orders.
