Ayyan Ali, who was arrested and charged with money laundering from Islamabad airport, wearing a veil, appeared before the court today.
During the hearing the court dismissed her plea seeking B-class facilities and extended her judicial remand till April 11.
Ayyan’s counsel had filed a petition in the court, requesting to provide VIP facilities to the super model.
In the petition, it was requested that Ayyan Ali being a celebrity must be given VIP facilities, which the court dismissed.
However, the jail staff, on the condition of anonymity, informed media that Ayyan Ali already enjoying B-class facilities adding that she has been given a phone and a well-furnished room.
