Court summons Musharraf again on Oct 14

The Supreme Court today resumed hearing of the case against former president.
The court approved the request for summoning other persons connected with Musharraf in the case.
The court warned of action against Musharraf’s guarantors if he fails to turn up in the next hearing. The court ordered authorities to ensure production of Musharraf on October 14.
Meanwhile, the SC bench rejected the plea of ex-president seeking his one-day exemption from turning up at the hearing and ordered him to appear in court on October 14, 2014 in Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case.
