Cricket All-Stars: Legends to grace the field once again

Australian legend Shane Warne will lead Warne’s Warriors whereas Indian great Sachin Tendulkar will be the captain of the Sachin’s Blasters in the Cricket All-Stars series.

Two of the greatest batsmen in the world Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara are included in the same side whereas Moin Khan Virender Sehwag, VVS Laxman, Mahela Jayawardene and Carl Hooper will also be a part of the team.

Shoaib Akhtar and Curtly Ambrose will also represent Tendulkar’s side along with Glenn McGrath, Muttiah Muralitharan, Shaun Pollock and Lance Klusener are also taking part in the much anticipated tournament.

As far as Warne’s team is concerned, his side also comprises of some of the most well known figures in the sporting history including Wasim Akram, Saqlain Mushtaq, Jonty Rhodes, Courtney Walsh, Jacques Kallis, Kumar Sangakkara and Matthew Hayden.

Earlier, the legendary cricketers gave tips to the youngsters during practice sessions.

The two skippers were also invited at the New York Stock Exchange to fall the hammer to open the trading officially at the NYSE.

The second match will be played at Houston on 11th November whereas the third match and final match will be contested at Los Angeles on 14th November.
