Deepika Padukone grabs your attention as soon as she enters the frame, dressed in her royal attire and commanding an awe-inspiring presence. Deepika plays Mastani, the second wife of warrior Peshwa Bajirao, who is played by actor Ranveer Singh.
The set is expensive (and vast too) whereas the dresses are colourful and decorative. Midst a large gathering, Mastani sings a song for Peshwa Bajirao, who’s quite busy marveling at Mastani’s alluring beauty, seductive charm and twirling dances at the same time.

Mastani is deeply in love with Bajirao and his first wife Kashibai, played by Priyanka Chopra, witnesses the spectacle from the upper gallery. All in all, with much splendour and grandeur, the song is an average one but has much to offer, for the one viewing it and not listening to it.
Bajirao Mastani releases on December 18, 2015 and will be directly going head-to-head with Shah Rukh Khan’s movie Dilwale, which also stars Kajol.
