ISLAMABAD: Newly appointed DG Punjab Rangers, Major General Khan Tahir Javed Khan met the Federal Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan here on Wednesday – ARY News reports.
During the meet, the Interior Minister urged the DG Punjab Rangers to insure better coordination among the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) in Punjab and Gilgit-Baltistan during the holy month of Muharram.
Nisar vowed that the Interior Ministry will fully aid Punjab Rangers in further improving its capabilities.
He also praised the services of Rangers in maintaining the law and order throughout the country under specific circumstances.
