BHAKKAR: Assistant Commissioner of Bhakkar Raja Saleem on Tuesday sentenced a dog to death for biting child in Kalore Kot area of Bhakkar, ARY News reported.
Raja Saleem said the dog was given capital punishment over humanitarian grounds after family of the kid registered an FIR with police.
Owner of the dog, Jameel, has already served one week imprisonment over ‘the crime’ of the dog. Jameel has filed a petition in a court against the assistant commissioner’s decision.
