“I know he’s seen something pretty horrible. and I know it’s stuck there a little bit, you know. The way his cage is positioned, he had the front row view.”

Prosecutors of the case say they’re still considering whether to submit the Bud’s words as evidence.

“It’s something we’re going to be looking at to determine if it’s reliable to use, but ultimately what we’re going to look at is, ‘is this piece of information what we really need to prosecute the case’?”
