“I have called a meeting on Oct 25 in Lahore to discuss the possible measures after our sit-in,” he said while talking to media in Islamabad.
The first meeting in this regard we had on Oct 20,” he added.
Dr. Qadri said: We are reviewing different options and planning for an alliance before Senate elections.”
He said big alliance might also be formed ahead of the next general elections.
Inqilab sit-ins and protests would continue. “I hope a situation will develop that will force govt to the elections.”
He, however, added that we would try to ensure that electoral reforms should be in force before the next elections.
He said large participant by people in their sit-ins in Lahore and Faisalabad implied that sit-ins have succeeded in their objectives.
