ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday said that economic powers and international investors looking towards Pakistan due to the business friendly policies adopted by the current government.

Talking to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Babar Awan, who called on him in Islamabad, PM Imran said that Pakistan’s future was bright and added that the hard time would end soon.

Matters of mutual interest, constitutional and legal matters, framework for overseas Pakistanis, current political and regional situation and other issues were came under discussion in the meeting.

Babar Awan said that the masses reposed complete trust in leadership of PM Imran Khan and added that due to the wise decisions of the premier, Pakistan’s image improved in international community.

Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan, March 4, had sought suggestions from traders’ community regarding a new amnesty scheme.

He had sought the suggestions during a meeting with representatives of all chambers of commerce and industries here.

President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI) Junaid Makda had said the prime minister also exchanged views on economic growth. He said the PM also expressed reservation on flaws of previous amnesty schemes.
