“Ehsas”, “Sehat Insaf Card” programs to extend in Sindh: PM Khan

KARACHI: Prime Minister Imran Khan announced on Friday that the federal government will extend the scope of its mega projects “Ehsas” and “Sehat Insaf Card” in Sindh, Radio Pakistan reported.

Speaking at a dinner hosted by Governor Sindh Imran Ismail in his honour, the prime minister assured that the aforementioned programs will be launched in Sindh as well for the uplift of the down trodden segments of society.

PM Khan said the provision of health and education facilities is among the topmost priorities of the government and his cabinet was bringing reforms in every sector to facilitate the people.

Besides others, members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf belonging to National and Provincial Assemblies from Sindh also attended the reception.

Later, during the meeting with a delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), the premier said a housing scheme would also be launched soon in Karachi.

Regarding the resolution of other crisis, Khan assured that, “The centre will continue to provide full cooperation for resolution of issues of the metropolis. All the political parties will have to make conducive environment for economic development and investment.”

The MQM-P delegation comprised of Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Karachi Mayor Waseem Akhter, Amir Khan, Nasreen Jalil and Kanwar Naveed.
