Kamran alias Munna who was arrested from Kharadar on March 11, has confessed murder of 14 persons, said the investigation report.
According to the report of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) produced in the court said that the accused has confessed killing 14 persons along with accomplices, including activists of religious groups and Lyari gangs members.
The accused has also confessed extortion from Lyari markets and goods transport vehicles.
A bullet proof jacket and bombs were also captured from a timber godown in Lyair on pointation of the accused.
The court has granted physical remand of the accused to police till April 4.
Moreover, a man was killed in a firing incident in Bhimpura in Lyari.
