The provincial administration has imposed pillion riding ban in Punjab cities for 9th and 10th of Muharram as part of a security measure.
Cell phone services have also been suspended in the province to foil any terror plan.
Those arrested in connection to violating pillion riding ban, under the law, will be presented in a local court where the case is heard and decided.
