16 killed in Karachi as violence rears its ugly head
KARACHI: Violence in Karachi re-emerged with 16 killings in a day after brief pause, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
The killings included a Shia leader Allama Deedar Hussain Jalbani, his guard and members of Tableeghi Jamaat.
Six suspected accused of Lyari gang war were killed in alleged encounters on Tuesday night. The accused said to be linked with Shiraz Comrade group of Lyari.
Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah will chair a meeting on the law and order situation of Karachi today.
