ISLAMABAD: A two day Command and Staff Conference of the Pakistan Navy concluded here at the Naval Headquarters on Wednesday, which was chaired by the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Admiral Asif Sandhaila – ARY News reports.
The conference reviewed the up-gradations and modifications in the war preparations, development projects and infrastructure of Pakistan Navy.
During the first Command and Staff Conference in 2014, Admiral Asif Sandhaila was given a detailed briefing on different ongoing projects and priorities of Pakistan Navy. It was stated that the navy is determined to acquire unprecedented professional excellence, whereas its is also striving for the welfare and economic progress of Baloch brothers at Makran coastal belt.
The conference declared 2014 as the golden jubilee year for the submarine force of Pakistan Navy.
The Naval Chief praised the services of the submarine force at the waterfronts since its formation back in 1964. He felicitated the officials and staff of the submarine force for discharging their duties with great passion and professionalism in order to cope with current maritime challenges.
Admiral Asif Sandhaila expressed his satisfaction over the professional preparations of Pakistan Navy and urged all the personnel to continue with same passion and maintain the same standards of the force.
