DHAKA: Pakistan made 191/5 in their alloted 20 overs thanks to a blazing 94 run knock by Umar Akmal in their 2014 World T20 Super 10 match against Australia at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur, ARY News reports.
Australia won the toss and elected to field first.
Umar Akmal was the stand out player for the Green Shirts as he punished the Australian bowlers to all the corners of the ground. He scored 94 runs from 54 balls comprising of nine fours and four sixes.
Umar Akmal's brother Kamran also made 31 runs from 31 balls which included four boundaries.
Nathan Coulter-Nile was the standout bowler for the Australian side as he took two wickets and conceded 26 runs in his four overs.
