KARACHI: Police on Tuesday foiled a plot of terrorism in Karachi by de-fusing 25 kilogrammes bomb, ARY News reports.
According to police officials, the bomb disposal squad (BDS) de-fused the lethal device, which was found in Dawood Goth of Baldia Town in the port city.
The bomb device was attached with a remote control, SP Baldia Town Sajid Saddozai said. Ball bearings and other destructive things were also included in the device, he added.
Moreover, police and rangers in a joint operation killed an accused Bashir. He was wanted in murder, attempt to murder and other heinous crimes, police said. The law enforcers arrested other suspects and captured arms from their possession, police sources said.
