Incarcerated Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt who was facing conviction of 42 months for the illegal possession of arms during 1993 Mumbai attacks came out on Thursday on a two weeks’ furlough. The actor went straight to celebrate the success party of his latest release ‘PK’.
The ‘PK’ team had organized a special screening of the film today for Sanjay Dutt, where the entire cast of the film along with Aamir Khan, director Rajkumar Hirani and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra were spotted with Sanjay Dutt at a suburban multiplex. The dashing star of the event looked a little thin in this special occasion and we heard that he has lost some 18 kg during his imprisonment.
‘PK’ which is the talk of the town for the controversies it is facing is doing a very impressive business at the box office. Sanjay Dutt has done a special appearance in the film and after watching the film he said “It is such an honest film, a film with so much of heart and truth and that’s the reason it is such a big hit. I think only Raju, Vidhu and Aamir can make such films.”
