Afridi picks Sarfraz as Pakistan’s captain in all three formats
KARACHI: Pakistan’s former Twenty20 captain Shahid Afridi has suggested that wicket-keeper batsman Sarfraz Ahmed should be made skipper in all three formats of cricket, ARY News reported.
Talking to media in Karachi on Monday, Afridi said that he played international cricket as much he wanted. He said, “Now I am enjoying league cricket.”
He said that it will benefit the game if Pakistan Super League (PSL) is organized within Pakistan.
The all-rounder said that 2016 was a good year for the country’s security situation. “International teams will tour the country if the security situation will be up-to-the-mark,” he added.
