TOP NEWS

FAISALABAD: Sahabzada Hamid Raza, Chairman Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), has said that the Ahl-e-Sunnat have nothing to do with the protests called by the religious parties against the Rawalpindi Incident on Friday, ARY News reports.

In a press conference held by Chairman SIC and Secretary Political Affairs of Majlis-e-Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen, Allama Nasir Abbas Sherazi, it was said that the Ahl-e-Sunnat have nothing to do with the protest against the incident.

Sahabzada Hamid Raza claimed that no fatwa for the killing of people of other sects was issued by them. The issue would have been resolved if the Ulema of all the sects would have been invited to the negotiation table but the Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan opened the pandora box of Article 6 against Pervez Musharraf.

Allama Nasir Abbas Sherazi claimed that the ban on the procession of Muharram and Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (S.A.W.W) will not be accepted.
