SYDNEY: Pakistan’s tennis star Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and his Indian partner Rohan Bopanna has cruised past in the semi-final of Sydney tennis tournament, ARY News reported.
Aisam and Bopanna faced Trat Huey of Philippines and Briton Dominic Inglot in the qurter final.
Opponents Trat Huey and Dominic Inglot displayed stiff resistance to Aisam and his partner before prevailing 6-7(3) 7-6(5) 10-3 in the decider.
They will now meet Lukas Rosol and Joao Sousa in the semi final who defeated the top seeded Mike and Bob Bryan of America in their quarter-final.
