There will be more than a touch of Indian beauty pageantry at the 67th Cannes Film festival this year.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has been a Cannes Film Festival red carpet regular since 2002, will be marking her presence this year too accompanied by huband Abhishek Bachchan for the second time.
The couple will attend an event by 'amfAR', 'Cinema Against AIDS' on May 22. Aishwarya is the brand ambassador of 'amfAR'.
The actress will also walk the red carpet as the face of Loreal.
Indian brand ambassadors for Loreal, Sonam Kapoor and Freida pinto will also grace the red carpet.
But the newest face of the brand Katrina Kaif has declined the invitation to attend the festival.
She has some pressing issues to take care of than attending Cannes.
