GUJRAT: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PMLQ) Head, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that allowing Pervez Musharraf to visit his ailing mother is a political issue not legal – ARY News reports.
According to details, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain claimed that even if Musharraf goes abroad, he will return. Shujaat said, "I was the one who opposed the word traitor to be used for the former President and ex-Army Chief of Pakistan, and Musharraf himself expressed concerns over this before the Special Court".
The PMLQ Head vowed to stand by General (R) Pervez Musharraf, in case any injustice was done with him.
He advised the Government to ask for a guarantee from the former President and let him go abroad.
