Altaf Hussain said media didn’t bother to telecast news of MQM’s Youm-e-Shuhada, despite the fact that it is the third biggest party of the country while the killing of PTI worker was the discussion of every news channel.
Addressing to party workers on the occasion of Youm-e-Shuhada tonight, MQM Chief paid tribute to the martyred party workers. He prayed Almighty Allah to grant patience and courage to the survivors.
” I salute movement martyrs who sacrificed their life during the struggle of 36 years”, he said.
“More than 300 workers have been killed during last two years (2013-2014)but no action has been taken against the killers”, he added.
Talking about Hyderabad city, Altaf Hussain said once it was third biggest city of the country but now it’s ranking is lowered to number six or seven. He said MQM has been demanding for the establishment of a university in Hyderabad since 67 years adding that now the demand is going to fulfill just because of the sacrifices of MQM workers.
