KARACHI: Chief of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain has expressed strong appreciation to all the departments of MQM including hundred of sectors, units and especially Gulshan-e-Iqbal sector for organizing historic rally on Sunday, ARY News reported.
Speaking to Rabitta Committee and other party members on MQM headquarter nine-zero, Altaf Hussain said that despite of several difficulties and challenging situation units and sectors of MQM made the gathering historic.
He said that MQM gathering at Aladdin on Sunday was among the top ten biggest rallies.
“People, who saw the MQM gathering can witnessed that how massive the attendees were. Not only there were people inside the ground but there were people outside as well”, Altaf said.
MQM Chief has said that some people are criticizing that members of MQM belonging to different ethnics will left the party because of demands for Urdu speaking only but it will not happen.
He said that people from different sects and ethnic are watching that Urdu speaking community have been dealt with injustice.
Altaf Hussain questioned media that had they noticed in the gathering people from different ethnics were present.
