Amendments not against seminaries, says Khursheed Shah

ISLAMABAD: Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah in his opening speech of the session said that the amendments in the law not against seminaries and religious parties, ARY News reported.

The Opposition Leader was speaking at the floor of the National Assembly on Tuesday. Shah said that the law has been against the perpetrators of terrorism.

Pakistan’s National Assembly today passed 21st Constitutional Amendment

Veteran PPP leader said that his party was not in favour of military courts in the past but the safety of the Pakistani public is priority and it is the governments’ responsibility to keep the masses safe in this country.

The opposition leader said that the military courts will function under the constitution.
