A source gave away that the legendary icon had joined hands with Graphic India, Disney for an upcoming show series called Astro Force. Amitabh, along with Graphic India CEO and co-founder Sharad Devarajan, joined forces to create the new superhero, which is likely to look like the thespian himself.
Astro Force will be released on the Disney Channel in India. It promises to be filled with action, suspense, laughter, adventure and excitement. Amitabh Bachchan has throughout his career, displayed class on the silver screen as a versatile actor. From playing a constipation-stricken agitated old man in Piku to a progeric child in Paa, Amitabh has done it all. The stellar actor has also played a ruffian in Sholay and a mafia boss in Sarkar- and all turned to be surprise hits. However, he has also had valuable experience on television. Amitabh has played the host of game show Kaun Banega Crorepati.
It will be interesting to see Big B with superpowers, in an animated film. Let’s hope all goes well indeed and the TV series turns out to be a big hit!
