HOLLYWOOD: The 38-year old Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has topped the female list with an income of $33 million for the year 2013 while Robert Downey Jr topped the male list with an earning of $75 million, ARY News has learnt.
Acoording to forbes, in the top five list of female Jennifer Lawrence was second to Jolie with $26 million. Kristen Stewart ($21.5 million), Jennifer Aniston ($20 million) and Emma Stone is at fifth position with earning of $16 million.
Furthermore, the 48-year-old actor`s earning was followed by Channing Tatum with $60 million, Hugh Jackman with $55 million and Mark Wahlberg with $51 million.
Robert Downey Jr
Avengers was the third highest-grossing movie of all time and no star benefited more from that than Robert Downey Jr. Tony Stark might not have been the leader of the group (that honor belongs to Captain America) but Downey was the only indispensable actor which meant he was able to demand the most money. As long as he's willing to keep putting on the Iron Man suit, Downey will remain one of Hollywood's highest-paid actors.
Angelina Jolie
Jolie is the only woman making bank for playing action heroes these days. Salt, which was originally written for Tom Cruise, brought in $300 million on a budget of $110 million. Her other movie from 2010, The Tourist, earned 75 per cent of its $280 million box office overseas.
