However, it seems that Virat Kohli’s girlfriend has had enough of all the jibes. Clarifying the mistake that she had made, Anushka stated:-

“It was an honest mistake. My intention, my feelings can’t be misconstrued. But I know with what intention I was writing,” said the actress. Sharma also did have any kind words for those who had made fun of her and termed them as ‘cowards’.

“I don’t want to pay attention to cowards who hide behind computer screens, with fake names. If you want to say things come and say it on my face,” Anushka said.

Anushka also stated that she did not want to propagate any negative messages or products that highlighted sexism or even fair skin. “I would not endorse products that propagate racist and sexiest (beliefs)….and propagate social taboo. I don’t want to endorse products that propagate fair skin and all. I will not propagate anything that says this is right or wrong.”

Ouch, seems like the Bollywood actress does not let loose any opportunity to strike back at her detractors! Anushka Sharma and Indian batsman Virat Kohli’s relationship has been a much publicized one yet has also earned the ire of the Indian population as well. Critics have accused Anushka over the years for distracting Virat Kohli and blamed her every time for Kohli’s poor performance.

It will be interesting to see how people react to Anushka calling them a ‘coward’.
