Judicial magistrate Mohammad Rashid heard the case.
Police produced Tooba, Zeeshan and Farooq before the court and stated that their investigation is complete. The cops pleaded the judge to send the three persons to prison as no further inquiry is needed.
The court accepted their plea and sent the three suspects to jail on 14 day judicial remand.
Tooba and two others, Zeeshan an expert of herbal medicines and Farooq, a banker by profession, are accused of poisoning a model girl Areeba to death.
It was revealed that Farooq had an affair with Tooba.
Zeeshan had said that he got trapped due to his friendship with Farooq, whereas Farooq’s sympathy for Tooba landed him in trouble.
