ISLAMABAD: Army Chief Gen. Raheel Sharif held telephonic conversation with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and discussed recent terrorism attacks, ARY News reported on Monday.
In two back to back terrorist attacks in Bannu and Rawalpindi, claimed by Taliban, several members of security forces have lost their lives.
General Raheel Sharif exchanged views with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over terror attacks in the country in his telephonic conversation, sources said.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that the government has decided to take difficult decisions for peace in the country.
The prime minister said he shared the grief of the dead soldiers’ families and vowed that the efforts to exterminate terrorism would continue.
