ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court on Saturday could not frame charges against former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf in the hearing of the rental power case, ARY News reports. 

The court adjourned hearing of the case till January 2nd.

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, who appeared in the hearing said that allegations of billions of rupees corruption were levelled against him without any investigation into the matter.

Farooque H. Naek, the counsel of Raja Pervaize Ashraf, after hearing in the Accountability Court, talking to media outside the court said there were no charges of corruption against his client. 

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf while said that he hopes transparent inquiry into the matter.
