KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted four days physical remand of the accused of Suleman Lashari murder case to the police, ARY News reports on Friday.
The suspects in the murder were brought to the court in tight security today where the prosecution said that further investigation has to be done against the accused by them and other investigation teams.
The prosecution pleaded to the court to hand over the suspects to the police for five days remand.
The defence lawyer complained of partiality in the probe by the prosecution. He added that the court has already sent his clients to physical remand twice and the government lawyer is pleading to send the accused to the remand for the third time.
He further said that the key accused Salman Abro has been hospitalized for serious injuries.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till 27th May.
