Gullu Butt was shown smashing car windows and damaging property during the Model Town Incident on June 17.
Terrorism, damaging public property and murder attempt charges were framed against the accused. Butt had denied charges against him on which the prosecution had summoned witnesses for testifying against him.
The challan, submitted by the police, had also held Butt responsible by stating that a new wave of terror was spread across the country through his actions therefore terrorism charges were filed against him which are according to law.
Gullu Butt stated all the charges against him were of minor offences but the terrorism and murder attempt charges were later filed maliciously. He added that Police has no witness or evidence in that regard.
The court has filed charges of breaking vehicle windows and spreading terror.
