ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has indicted the accused Hammad Adil in the Shahbaz Bhatti murder case on Wednesday – ARY News reports.
According to details, an ATC Judge Muhammad Ateeq heard the case here at Adiyala Prison, where the accused Hammad Adil denied the charges on him.
The court adjourned the hearing till January 22 and directed the prosecution to produce witnesses on the next hearing.
It should also be noted that accused Hammad Adil was apprehended from Bhara Kahu along with an explosives laden vehicle from his house.
After which, the accused had confessed the murder of former Minister for Minorities, Shahbaz Bhatti with his accomplices.
